Chef Cristian Morales is back after being closed for most of the pandemic! If you are looking for the culinary experience of a lifetime in the heart of Cancun, we cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough! The chef prepared a bespoke 7 course tasting menu with a wine pairing for us for our honeymoon. The meal combined elements of traditional mexican with elements of global fine dining (think prosciutto topped carnitas on a corn flat bread or sashimi in mole and a mango salsa). The Chef's creativity, skill, and boldness was showed off in each dish along with the richness of the Mexican terroir and seas. The restaurant itself is a converted mansion. It was a bit tricky to make a reservation (we made one in person the day before), but I believe you can make one on the website. David, who ran the front of house, took excellent care of us and spoke fluent english. You will not find many meals of this caliber anywhere and never at this price!

My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner and the exceptional service. Our waiter, David, made the whole experience fun and treated us like family. He had an extensive knowledge of the food and shared the background of the ingredients. Everything tasted amazing!
We've been to this restaurant for dinner before because we love Chef CM's cooking. This time, we went to try their new 2025 tasting menu and had an incredible experience because the chef placed LP record paintings on the walls—real ones!—featuring legendary artists from yesterday and today, such as the Beatles, Bee Gees, Queen, Adele, and more. The best part is that you can take any record you want to listen to and have it played for you by the DJ. An experience that takes you back to your most beautiful memories to accompany a delicious dinner. The menu is also wonderful, where the chef displays all his talent and unique creativity by combining flavors from the peninsula and around the world with just a few ingredients. Combined with the music, it takes you on a fun, emotional roller coaster. The place is decorated in a pleasant and inviting way, and the staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. There's a reason a visit with Chef Cristian Morales is a must if you live in or visit Cancun. We can't wait to return!

After several years closed, the signature restaurant, La casa del Chef Cristian Morales, returns completely renewed offering a complete and luxurious brunch, on weekends ranging from 720 pesos, brunch with non-alcoholic drinks, or for a little more with aperol and mimosas included. Located at Ave. It is worth every peso paid for this spectacular brunch.
